REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your AlignFlow™ purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return Email us at support@alignflow.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, AlignFlow™ will cover return shipping.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used or are not in original condition are not eligible for return.
